The Monday Morning Email That Keeps You Organised
Monday mornings are chaotic enough without trying to remember whether your car insurance is due this week or if that invoice needs paying. The mental load of keeping track of life admin is real, and it builds up until something slips through.
Orlo sends you a short email every Monday at 8am with everything you need to know for the week ahead. It takes about 30 seconds to read. No logging in, no app to open, no dashboard to check. Just one email and you are set.
What Is in the Digest
The weekly digest has three sections:
- Reminders due this week. Any active reminders with dates in the next seven days. Things like "Aviva: Policy expiring in 3 days" or "Council tax payment due tomorrow".
- Documents to review. Anything you have uploaded or that was imported from email but have not confirmed yet. A quick nudge to check the extracted data and accept the reminders.
- Calendar events. If you use the Pro calendar, upcoming events for the week are included.
No News Is Good News
If you have nothing coming up, Orlo does not send the email. No empty "You have no reminders this week!" messages clogging your inbox. You only hear from Orlo when there is something worth knowing.
Why It Works
The digest works because it meets you where you already are. You check your email on Monday morning anyway. Having one short summary of your week's admin means you can make a mental note, take action if something is urgent, or just relax knowing nothing needs doing.
It is the difference between "I think my insurance might be expiring soon, I should check" and "I know exactly what is due this week because I read it at 8am".
Getting Started
The weekly digest is automatic for all Orlo users. There is nothing to set up. As long as you have active reminders or documents to review, you will get the email every Monday. If you want to adjust your alert preferences, you can do that in Settings under the Alerts section.
