Every kind of contract, tracked the same way

Tenancy agreements

Know when a fixed term ends and whether notice needs to be given, well before the date arrives.

Service contracts

Boiler cover, maintenance agreements, and similar ongoing services, each tracked on its own renewal date.

Broadband and mobile

Dedicated reminders exist for these specifically, since drifting onto an out-of-contract price is one of the most common ways people overpay.

Gym and club agreements

Minimum term contracts that auto-renew if you do not act. Membership renewal reminders cover these.

Freelance and business contracts

Client agreements and supplier contracts with their own end dates, useful for anyone self-employed keeping business and personal life separate.

Anything else with an end date

If a document has a clear contract end date, Orlo can read it and remind you before it arrives.

How it works

1

Upload the contract

Orlo reads the parties involved, the contract type, and the end or renewal date automatically.

2

Accept the reminders

Reminders are suggested at 6 weeks, 2 weeks, and 3 days before the contract ends.

3

Act before it renews itself

Give notice, renegotiate, or simply let it end, with enough notice to actually choose.

Three reminders before any contract ends

Before

6 weeks

Time to plan

Enough notice to check terms, compare alternatives, or simply decide what you want to do next.

Before

2 weeks

Give notice if needed

Many contracts need written notice by a certain point. This reminder lands with time to act.

Before

3 days

Final reminder

The contract ends in 3 days. Last chance to act before it renews or lapses on its own.

Looking for a specific type?

Broadband contracts, mobile phone contracts, and memberships each have their own dedicated reminder page with details specific to that kind of contract.

Frequently asked questions

What counts as a contract for Orlo?
Anything with a clear start, end, or renewal date that you upload as a document: tenancy agreements, service contracts, club memberships, phone and broadband deals, and similar. Orlo's AI reads the document and works out which fields apply.
How does Orlo know when a contract ends if it is not stated clearly?
If a start date is known but the end date is not written explicitly, Orlo makes a sensible assumption based on the type of contract, for example a 12-month tenancy or a 24-month phone deal, and flags this so you can correct it if needed.
Is there a separate page for broadband and mobile contracts?
Yes. Broadband and mobile contracts get their own dedicated reminder pages, since out-of-contract price rises are such a common and specific problem for both.
Can I track contracts for a rental property I manage?
Yes. A dedicated workspace per property keeps tenancy agreements, certificates, and related documents cleanly organised, separate from personal contracts.
Does Orlo give legal advice about contract terms?
No. Orlo tracks dates and stores the document itself. Anything about notice periods, break clauses, or legal obligations should still be checked against the actual contract or with appropriate advice.
Is it free?
Yes. The free plan includes 5 uploads a month. Basic is £2.99 a month for 50 uploads with every feature unlocked.
