Yes. Gas Safety CP12 (annual), EICR (5-year), EPC (10-year), PAT testing, boiler service — Orlo's AI recognises UK landlord documents and sets reminders that match each type's typical renewal cycle.
Can my letting agent access the workspace?
Two options. Invite them as an editor (they sign in with their own Orlo account and can add documents too) or create a read-only share link and send it to them. Revoke access any time.
What happens when a tenant changes?
Upload the new tenancy agreement and Orlo extracts the start date, end date, rent amount, and notice period. It updates the dashboard and sets reminders for break clauses and renewal dates automatically.
Can I share just one certificate with a tenant?
Yes. On the document page, click Share. Generate a link that shows just that one certificate read-only. Perfect for proving gas safety to a new tenant on move-in day.
Is the data secure?
Documents are stored in a private Supabase bucket with signed short-lived URLs. RLS policies lock down access per workspace membership. Share links are 32-byte random tokens with optional expiry. You control who sees what.
