Can I switch plans?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your account settings. When you upgrade, you gain immediate access to the new plan features. When you downgrade, your current plan remains active until the end of the billing period.
How does the free trial work?
When you sign up for the Basic or Pro plan, you receive a 14-day free trial with full access to all features of that plan. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be billed.
What happens when my trial ends?
If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically begin and you will be charged at the standard rate for your chosen plan. You can cancel at any time from your account settings.
Can I cancel any time?
