What kinds of documents can I store in Orlo?
Insurance, MOT, vehicle tax, driving licence, passport, utility bills, broadband and mobile contracts, payslips, P60s, tax returns, mortgage and rental agreements, council tax, warranties, subscriptions, and more. Fifteen document types in total, with tailored extraction and reminders for each.
Where are my documents stored?
Documents are stored encrypted on infrastructure hosted in the EU (eu-west-1). They are only accessible to you, with no third-party access. We never sell or share data, and there are no ads in Orlo.
Can I share documents with my partner or accountant?
Yes. Create a Household workspace and invite your partner so you both see the same documents. For one-off sharing, generate a read-only link to a single document or whole workspace, set an expiry, and revoke it whenever you want.
Do I need to organise the files myself?
No. Orlo classifies each document on upload, extracts the key details, and files it under the right type. You can add custom tags if you want extra organisation, but the default sort takes care of itself.
Can I forward emails directly into Orlo?
Yes. Each workspace gets a unique forwarding address like yourname@in.getorlo.app. Forward a bill, a booking confirmation, or a renewal notice and the attachment or email body gets filed automatically.
Is there a mobile app?
Yes. There are native apps for both iOS and Android. Scan documents with your phone camera, get push notifications for reminders, and switch between workspaces from any device.
How much does it cost?
Free for up to 5 uploads per month. Basic is £2.99 per month for 50 uploads with email forwarding. Pro is £7.99 per month for 250 uploads, workspaces, sharing, and the household dashboard.
