Questions

When do I get my Year in Review?
It is available in the app at any time — including a live, running version of the current year. The finished report for a completed year is emailed and pushed to your phone in early January.
What data does it use?
Only what Orlo has already extracted from your documents: amounts, dates, providers, and reminder history. There is no separate tracking or estimation — it is a summary of data you already have in the app.
Does it work if I joined partway through the year?
Yes. Your first Year in Review covers however much of the year you were using Orlo for. It is not padded or estimated to look bigger than it is.
Can my partner or accountant see it too?
If you share a workspace with someone, they get their own copy of that workspace's Year in Review — the same numbers, sent to everyone in it.
Does this cost extra?
No. Year in Review is included on every plan, including Free, for any workspace with documents filed during the year.
