Billing, Trials, and Changing Plans
Orlo has three plans: Free, Basic (£2.99/month), and Pro (£7.99/month). The difference between them is mostly about volume and a couple of Pro-only features — the underlying AI extraction and reminder logic works the same way on every plan.
What each plan includes
- Free: 5 uploads a month, 1 workspace, no reminders, no email forwarding
- Basic: 50 uploads a month, up to 3 workspaces, reminders, email forwarding, review and edit
- Pro: 250 uploads a month, up to 20 workspaces, everything in Basic plus the personal calendar and priority processing
The free trial
Signing up for Basic or Pro starts a 14-day free trial with full access to that plan's features. You won't be charged during the trial, and you'll get an email reminder before it ends. If you cancel before the trial ends, you're not billed at all.
Upgrading and downgrading
Upgrading takes effect immediately — you get the new plan's limits and features straight away. Downgrading keeps your current plan active until the end of the billing period you've already paid for, then switches over. You won't lose any documents by downgrading, but features gated to the higher plan (like the calendar, or extra workspaces beyond the new plan's limit) become read-only or inaccessible until you upgrade again.
Cancelling
Cancel any time from account settings. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for, then reverts to Free automatically — no further charge. Your documents and history are kept; you just lose access to Basic/Pro-only features until you resubscribe.
Payment
All payments run through Stripe. Manage your card details, view invoices, and cancel from the billing portal, accessible from the Billing page in your account.
